Cairn offer 18 retirement properties across Scotland. Retirement housing is perfect for those who are 50 and above that want to live as independently as possible, while having the peace of mind that comes with living amidst a friendly community, with a Court Coordinator on site part of the day. Each retirement court differs, but residents can enjoy a range of on-site facilities to make life that bit easier.

There are three ways to apply for our properties: directly with us, through the common housing register or through a nomination agreement with the local authority.
